Lin Wan, a top marine ecologist, gives up her overseas career to return home and protect the bay habitat of endangered mute swans—only to clash with Gu Jingchuan, a shipping tycoon who wants to acquire the bay for a yacht club. As they go from bitter rivals ("environmental warrior" vs. "capital hunter") to uncovering Gu’s hidden childhood secret—he was saved by a swan in this bay, and his acquisition is to stop more greedy developers—villains try to blow up the swan nest to frame Gu.
