After quitting her draining corporate copywriting job, Su Xiao moves into a cottage left by her grandma in a quiet alley. Every soft, sun-dappled morning, she wakes to the scent of old books carried by the breeze, along with faint, tender whispers drifting on the wind. At first, she thinks the wind is playing tricks, until she runs into Chen Yu, a quiet young man tending his late grandfather’s old bookstore. She soon learns the whispers are Chen Yu’s quiet longing for his deceased fiancée. As they spend more mornings together, Su Xiao helps Chen Yu let go of his past, and the two gradually fall for each other under the wind’s gentle witness.
