Famous jewelry designer Su Mingzhu is framed by her best friend as a "plagiarist", losing her career and fiancé. In despair, she stumbles into "Guixu Pavilion", an antique shop. The owner Lu Jingshen (played by Wang Kun) presents a Qing Dynasty notebook of a palace craftswoman—its designs are identical to her "plagiarized works"! As they investigate together, Su finds her birthmark matches the cinnabar mole on the craftswoman’s portrait. The truth about the craftswoman’s wrongful death a century ago is tangled with the mastermind behind her own downfall. When Lu’s hidden identity is revealed, Su realizes: this century-spanning quest for justice is never a coincidence, but a long-planned "reunion"…
