Su Xiaotang, the energetic owner of a soft candy shop, becomes a bitter rival of Gu Siyan, the "cold-faced president" planning to acquire her neighborhood—all to protect her grandma's old store. But the sudden appearance of Little Walnut, Gu's nephew, forces them into a "contract marriage" to care for the child. From bickering enemies to fake spouses, their daily life—making soft candy and reading picture books with Walnut—reveals their hidden warmth: Gu's "unfeeling" nature is to safeguard the old residents, while Su's "unreasonable" acts are to hold onto her grandma's last memory. When misunderstandings fade, their "marriage first, love later" sweet story begins—she, like soft candy, finally melts the ice in his heart.
