But the night she puts it on, she sees the face of Su Wan—an actress who committed suicide there a decade ago—in the mirror. Even more terrifying, Su Wan’s death scene starts "replaying" around her: falling cotton pads, broken lipstick, opera singing from the backstage... When Xiaoman tries to uncover the mask’s secret, she realizes she’s slowly becoming Su Wan’s "replacement"—is the mask devouring her, or is Su Wan’s vengeful spirit using her to get justice?
