On her wedding day, bride Su Nian receives an anonymous cursed doll inscribed with 'May you fall into the abyss'. That night, her groom dies mysteriously with all evidence pointing to her. Fleeing for her life, she uncovers a horrifying truth: the curse stems from a cult ritual her mother participated in twenty years ago, where 'blessed' brides would bring doom upon their families. As other participants of the ritual start dying gruesome deaths, a disguised killer manipulates the curse, pushing Su Nian into a lethal game where salvation wears the mask of damnation.
