Modern office worker Su Xiaoyu accidentally triggers a family heirloom jade while working overtime, traveling back to ancient times where she witnesses Gu Yan, the Northern Town General, being framed for treason. From being adversaries—"suspect and witness"—they team up to uncover the frame-up truth, only to discover the time portal weakens every three days: Su must return to the present before the third full moon, or she'll be trapped forever. When Gu Yan holds the jade to send her away, Su suddenly remembers: ten years ago, she saved a freezing little beggar in an alley, and the child held this exact jade. It turns out this "wrong timeline" is a mutual journey across a decade.
