The dashing immortal healer Shen Yan has unparalleled medical prowess. He roams the mortal realm in an unconstrained manner, not only saving lives with his miraculous healing hands but also teasing unscrupulous folks with his medical skills, winning widespread love from common people. Yet after his beloved passed away tragically at the hands of the so-called righteous sect, his heart turned cold. Torn between the Taoist precepts imposed by his sect and the unextinguished revenge in his heart, he now saves thousands one moment and unleashes chaos with deadly poisons the next. No one can predict whether he will become a Buddha to save all living beings or a demon to destroy the world with his next move.
