When the Liang Kingdom is on the verge of collapse, a new eccentric female emperor takes the throne! Instead of being a wise ruler to save the country, she vows to be a "tyrant" who lies low—splurging the national treasury and approving projects randomly. All court officials wait for her to drain the treasury and destroy Liang. But accidentally, her strange acts bring huge profits to the treasury; the nearly-collapsed Liang makes a comeback under her "tyrannical" moves, shocking everyone in the court, while she remains confused, just wanting to be a laid-back "lazy" emperor.
