Ruan, a girl who can see demons, runs “Guixu Studio” in an old alley, helping spirits lingering in the human world fulfill their final wishes. One day, a badly injured fox demon named Bai Zhao breaks in—he’s obsessed with finding his past-life lover, “Ajjin”. But as Ruan digs into her memories, she makes a shocking discovery: she was Ajjin in her previous life! Their separation a thousand years ago was caused by the “Heart-Burning Curse” targeting demons. Bai Zhao’s obsession not only rekindles their millennium-old love and resentment but also triggers Ruan’s current-life heart palpitations. As the truth unfolds, Ruan faces a choice: let Bai Zhao let go and reincarnate, or risk everything to break the curse and fight for a reunion that spans millennia?
