Returning architect Yao Guanyu comes back to Spring Harbor to handle his mother's old house. On a rainy night, he takes shelter in the 'Xizhao Teahouse' at the alley, only to meet Zhao Xixi, his ex-girlfriend who has been guarding the teahouse for ten years. Back then, he went abroad secretly to work and raise money for her surgery, but was misunderstood as 'abandoning her for a better life'. Now, Zhao Xixi still holds the couple ring he left behind, while Yao Guanyu has the un-sent surgery bill in his arms. In this night rain, how can he tell the truth hidden for ten years to rekindle their lost love?
