Su Danggui, heir to the TCM clinic "Guizhen Tang", fights to preserve her grandfather's legacy—only to clash with Lu Yeg, the neighboring bar owner who's expanding and wants to demolish her clinic too. Danggui marches in with dried angelica roots to argue, but Lu Yeg teases her by mixing a "Chinese-style special" with Jägermeister. When Lu Yeg, plagued by chronic insomnia, shows up with a pillow begging for TCM help, Danggui uses her grandfather's ancient angelica ointment to give him his first full night's sleep in half a year. They soon uncover each other's soft spots: Danggui fears losing her grandfather's shop, while Lu Yeg hides guilt over his late mother—a former TCM doctor—whom he never dared to honor. In the end, Lu Yeg abandons expansion and transforms his bar into an "Angelica & Jägermeister Fusion Shop", where alcohol carries the scent of herbs—and their healing love.
