In high school, Lin Wan and Gu Zhao agreed to confess their feelings under the old locust tree on a moonlit night. But Gu Zhao stood her up due to a sudden car accident, and Lin Wan waited all night only to be met with cold rain. Ten years later, she returns to her hometown for her grandmother's funeral and finds Gu Zhao's unsent love letter, realizing the misunderstanding from years ago.
