Su Wan, an ancient book restorer, runs "Gui Tang Ge," an old bookstore in the historic district. One day, she receives a copy of *Shu Yu Ci* (Song of the Jade Flute) with half an old letter—sent by Cheng Yan, a returning architect, the person she'd hidden in her heart for eight years. Back then, Cheng Yan's sudden departure abroad without contact made Su Wan believe he'd betrayed her.
