Lin Xiaoman, a desperate office worker on the verge of being evicted, stumbles upon an old key that connects his modern rental to an ancient escort agency warehouse—his 3-yuan instant noodles can actually be traded for gold, which the agency’s owner regards as “celestial treasure”! Just as he thinks he’s about to strike it rich with cross-time arbitrage, he’s targeted by Shen Qingyao, the agency’s young mistress—a martial artist who suspects his “goods are fishy” and mistakes him for a “treasure-smuggling robber”! While hiding his cross-world secret to make quick money, he has to deal with the relentlessly pursuing Qingyao. How did Lin’s “instant noodles for gold” business suddenly turn into a chaotic cross-time farce?
