Lin Wan is the "scalpel without warmth" in the hospital—a top cardiac surgeon who closed her heart after a failed operation three years ago. Gu Chuan is the owner of the flower shop across the street, insisting on sending roses to critically ill patients every day, just to find clues about the donor of his sister's heart. When Gu Chuan discovers that the donor is exactly the patient who died in Lin Wan's operation three years ago, and when Lin Wan faces her past guilt and the warm him in front of her, will the softness of roses colliding with the coldness of the scalpel be the redemption to untie their knots, or a regret destined to pass by?
