In high school, Lin Xiaoman and Gu Chengchuan were desk mates with mutual unspoken crushes. Gu suddenly transferred schools due to family changes and lost contact before confessing. Ten years later, Lin becomes a new advertising employee, and her first proposal unexpectedly crosses paths with Gu—now an elite investor from the client side. His coldness makes Lin think her past feelings were an illusion, until she finds the glass marble she gave him and a diary full of her name in his office drawer. When Lin summons the courage to ask why he left back then, Gu takes out his mother’s severe illness diagnosis—he chose to disappear because he was afraid of burdening her. Now, facing ten years of regret, can they let go of their knots and say the long-overdue "I like you"?
