Lin Xiaoman, who just moved on from her breakup, is suddenly cornered by Su Xiao—her ex-boyfriend Chen Mo's ex-girlfriend—at her door. Instead of a fight, Su Xiao breaks down, saying Chen Mo cheated her out of all savings and is now targeting her little sister. Lin wants to stay out of it, but discovers Chen Mo's new prey is her own older sister! The two former “emotional victims” team up: they dig into Chen Mo's fraud secrets while battling her sister's love-struck naivety. From mutual dislike to becoming “anti-scumbag partners,” they uncover Chen Mo's “elite entrepreneur” persona is fake—he's a serial PUA offender preying on women. In the end, they save her sister, send Chen Mo to jail, and regain control of their lives through this “anti-scumbag war.”
