Si Ming (Zhou Hang), the god guarding the mortal world, is tasked with eliminating Ai Sisi (Ai Sisi), a "carrier of evil" marked by Satan. But when he gets close, he finds the girl hides untainted tenderness behind her smile—she leaves food for strays, fixes pipes for elderly neighbors, and even Satan’s curse bends into starlight in her eyes. As Si Ming falls for this forbidden love, Satan’s plot unfolds: the evil in Ai Sisi is about to awaken, and destroying her is his divine duty. Will he follow the gods’ rules to kill his lover, or fight Satan to protect her light? A gamble between gods and devils has long tied their fates into a dead knot.
