Zhang Tingrui, a cold astronomical photographer, returns to his hometown to find the century-lost "Moon Trace" ancient mirror, only to burst into Wang Han's cultural relic restoration studio—she's crouching on the floor polishing that very mirror with crescent patterns. They clash over the "moon": Zhang accuses Wang of hiding the relic, while Wang mocks him for "going crazy over the moon." But when the mirror's patterns perfectly align with the lunar eclipse in Zhang's镜头, the childhood promise of "catching the moon together" suddenly resurfaces—turns out they're each other's long-lost "little moon," and this reunion is the "unfinished kiss" the moon has owed them for over a decade.
