Lin Yuan, a hermit medical sage, descends the mountain to find the ancient medical book left by his master. He hides his identity and works as a 3,000-yuan-a-month intern at the "Renxin Small Clinic" in the city center. On his first day, he’s mocked by an arrogant chief physician for "not having a license," but shocks everyone by reviving a heart attack patient with a silver needle. On night duty, he meets a girl forced into surgery by her wealthy family—and her strange illness matches the "Spirit Vein Exhaustion" in the book he’s seeking. As his lowly part-timer identity clashes with his peerless skills, and secrets unravel, can Lin Yuan keep his ordinary life while fulfilling his master’s last wish?
