Anti-drug police Su Xiao goes undercover as "A Ruan" in the gang "Green Snake" to target the mysterious boss Lu Ting. She schemes to get close to him, only to find Lu Ting isn't the cold-blooded devil he's made out to be—he takes a fatal knife for her and covers for her when she's at risk of exposure. When Su Xiao finally gets the drug list and is ready to move, Lu Ting suddenly smiles and says: "Officer Su, had enough?" It turns out he's a deep undercover agent the police planted three years ago! From "opponents" to "comrades," they work together to crack the drug case, and their unspoken feelings ferment amid danger.
