Lin Xiaoman, a senior three underachiever, is mocked by the whole class as the "permanent bottom student," and even his secret crush, monitor Su Mo, sighs that he's "hopeless." Until he finds an old notebook filled with "unfulfilled wishes" — every time he helps someone fulfill a wish, he gains the corresponding ability! He uses a "math super brain" to solve a competition problem for Su Mo and "lightning speed" to save the head teacher from a car accident. But when he plans to "win easily" the college entrance exam with these abilities, a line suddenly appears in the notebook: "Borrowed abilities must be repaid with sincerity." At that moment, Su Mo hands him a note: "I like the Lin Xiaoman whose eyes light up when explaining problems to me, not the all-powerful 'All-Rounder'." Lin Xiaoman finally realizes: The real "all-round" is the self who tries his best.
