Five-year-old Xiao Fubao clutches half a jade lock left by her mother and treks from a poor mountain village to the warlord's mansion—determined to find her daddy Gu Tingshen, the “super strong warrior and super handsome man” her mom described. But the mansion guards stop her with guns: “The warlord has no illegitimate daughter!” Xiao Fubao clings to the door bolt, eyes red from crying: “Mom said daddy has a moon-shaped scar on his chest!” Hiding behind the door, Gu Tingshen touches his old scar, trembling—ten years ago, he was forced to part with his lover, who said, “Name our child Fubao.” Now he has countless enemies; acknowledging his daughter would put her in danger. Between blood ties and hidden threats, can Xiao Fubao's “cute daddy-recognizing plan” open the cold warlord's heart?
