Lin Xing, a once-popular singer-dancer, retreated from the industry due to cyberbullying and returned to her hometown to bid farewell to the stage forever. There, she meets Chen Mo, a quiet streetlight repairman who always fixes the old town's neon signs late at night—unbeknownst to her, he's her most loyal fan, whose life was saved by her songs when he was on the brink of suicide. As Chen Mo secretly restores the starry stage of the old theater, and as children sing her hit song with glow sticks, Lin Xing finally realizes: true starlight isn't the noise under the spotlight, but someone willing to keep that unextinguishable light for you with their whole life.
