Con artist Su Wan (Cheng Guo) sneaks into the Marquis Mansion to steal the "Misty Rain Token," a key to hidden secrets, only to expose the "hypocritical" mask of the sickly young master Gu Zhao (Tsao Yu-ning)—this nobleman, who seems fragile enough to be blown away by the wind, actually has unparalleled martial arts skills. From a mutual manipulation cat-and-mouse game to being forced to team up against a mysterious organization chasing them, Su Wan's identity as a survivor of the former dynasty and the hidden secrets of the Marquis Mansion that Gu Zhao guards are revealed one after another. When the net of conspiracy tightens, will they go their separate ways for their own obsessions, or break through grudges to guard the jianghu in the misty rain together?
