After graduating, Lin Xiaoyu struggles alone in the big city. A withdrawn and rebellious young man who has never met his biological father, he saves down-on-his-luck ex-racer Uncle Chen from debt collectors one day, only to have Chen move into his home and claim to be his long-lost non-biological father. The two bicker constantly at first, but as they work through their past traumas and support each other through daily troubles, they gradually build a father-son bond stronger than any blood tie.
