Zhao Zao'er takes a late-night driving gig to cover her brother's medical expenses, only to accidentally intrude into the private villa of Dong Chi, a retired pianist who shut himself off after an accident three years ago—he even avoids moonlight. They bond over the "moonlight": Zao'er fixes his old piano every full moon, while Dong Chi secretly pays her brother's bills. Until Dong Chi collapses in front of the piano due to old injuries, Zao'er discovers what he hid in the sheet music—the unsaid "I've been waiting for you" from three years ago. The boy who saved her back then is exactly the man afraid of light now.
