Lin Wan, a reporter investigating a missing persons case, follows clues to the "Deep Alley Antique Shop" in the old town. The owner, Lu Shen, always displays a robin specimen under a glass cover—and this specimen unexpectedly appears at every crime scene. When Lin Wan tries to uncover Lu Shen's secret, she realizes she's already fallen into a "trap": Lu Shen is a survivor of a wrongful conviction presided over by her father, and he set up the scheme to make the Lin family pay. Yet, forbidden feelings blossom between them as they spend time together. When the truth of the final missing case comes to light, they must choose between revenge and love—will the robin's cry end the hatred, or will the trap become their mutual redemption?
