Shi Tong, a tough advertising director, stumbles into the alleyway bar "Spring Night" after being cheated on by her boyfriend on Valentine's Day. Bartender Liu Lanbo hands her a glass of "Drunken Dream of a Spring Night"—its taste is exactly the same as the wine her first love, who suddenly disappeared three years ago, gave her. When she finishes the third glass, Liu Lanbo suddenly whispers: "You finally remember me?" It turns out that three years ago, Liu Lanbo had a car accident saving her, and it was Shi Tong who lost her memory. He has been waiting for her in this bar, holding onto that unfinished wine, for exactly three years.
