Three years after the flood, the coastal fishing village is still stuck in disaster ruins. Lin Xiaoman, a bamboo-weaving artisan, plans to leave but discovers bamboo can not only make crafts but also reinforce water-soaked foundations—knowledge gained when she rescued a trapped child. Gu Yi, a returning architecture graduate seeking eco-construction samples, stumbles on Xiaoman’s innovative idea of using bamboo for structural supports. Initially clashing over reconstruction concepts, they reach a consensus. With bamboo as a bond, they build dual hope of love and new life on the muddy beach, reviving the once-dying village.
