Su Nian, a newly graduated overseas-returned designer, takes over her grandfather’s legacy—the "Dreamy Fishing Ground", a small seaside pond holding her childhood memories of fishing and playing with grandpa. She gets caught in the land-acquisition storm with Lu Yu, a real estate tycoon determined to get this plot for a high-end resort, who secretly undermines her efforts to revive the fishing ground’s business. Through each confrontation, Su Nian is shocked to find Lu Yu has deep ties to her long-missing mother, and the ground’s secret involves two generations’ grudges. Torn between protecting her roots and uncovering the past, they face a dilemma as their hidden feelings grow.
