Su Wan runs a small porridge shop named "Yunjian" in the old alley. Every night, she warms a pot of gardenia-scented porridge on the small balcony behind the shop—grandma's recipe carrying thoughts of faraway places. Mysterious guest Lu Shiyuan always comes quietly late at night, never chatting, only ordering a bowl of warm porridge. Su Wan notices his endless exhaustion in eyes. When he falls ill in the rain, Su Wan specially makes jujube porridge for him; the warmth breaks the thin ice between them. It turns out Lu Shiyuan is a traveling aerospace engineer, relying on this porridge to calm anxiety before missions. Su Wan's warm porridge becomes his salvation in tense life, and a love story starting with hot porridge quietly sprouts.
