Su Wan, a critically ill picture book artist, has shut her heart off due to heart failure—until gentle neighbor Gu Shen quietly steps into her life. He helps her close her stall on rainy nights, fixes her broken paintbrushes, and accompanies her to watch fireflies by the sea. Just as Su Wan begins to embrace this warmth, she discovers Gu Shen is a top cardiologist from abroad—and the little boy she saved years ago. But her illness is already in its final stage.
