share time: 2026-10-03 12:38:52

In the famine-stricken Chenjia Village, poor Old Granny Wang picks up abandoned little girl A Fu in a ruined temple. Surprisingly, this thin girl is born able to understand the whispers of birds and beasts. In troubled times, she follows mountain sparrows to find hidden vegetables in hillsides and wild rabbits to find life-saving springs, also saving the imperial hospital doctor who fainted from hunger. A Fu's special ability attracts the village bully's greed, who sets a trap but is outwitted by her with birds and beasts. The doctor notices her medical talent and takes her as an apprentice. She saves lives while secretly investigating the villain's conspiracy of hoarding grain behind the famine, changing fate against the sky in the hard times and becoming a lucky star admired by all.
