Su Xiao, a new investment bank employee, is suffocated by the double pressure of “being robbed of orders at work” and “family urging marriage + brother mooching off her” every day—until she finds a “time capsule” written by her ten years later. The line “Stop living for others” in the letter is like a key, making her resist her supervisor and refuse her brother’s unreasonable demands for the first time. And when she starts to take control of her life, she unexpectedly reunites with Lin Chuan, the senior she missed ten years ago—this now industry elite smiles and says, “I’ve been waiting for you for ten years.” The trivialities at home haven’t stopped, but she suddenly realizes that the chaos “inside and outside home” is actually an opportunity to find herself, and the sweet love just comes knocking when she learns to love herself.
