Lin Wan, owner of the "Give You Roses" shop in the old town, sticks to the rule: every bouquet must have a handwritten confession card—her belief that "love needs to be spoken." Until the silent Lu Jingshen arrives: he buys thorny black roses every 15th, with blank cards every time. Lin Wan follows him to a cemetery, only to see him crying at Shen Xiaotang's tombstone; even more shocking, her childhood photo is identical to Xiaotang's.
