Su Xiaotang broke up with Gu Jingshen three years ago due to a misunderstanding and left to heal her broken heart. Now she returns home to handle her grandmother's old house, only to find that the tenant is her ex-boyfriend who vanished— the man she thought had completely exited her life, holding the plush bear she left behind, sitting in the living room filled with her memories. When Gu Jingshen unfolds the surgery consent form he hid for three years, and when the unsent text "Wait for me to get better" in the old phone is found, she finally understands: the so-called "farewell" was just his sacrifice to hide his terminal illness; the so-called "meeting" has always been his waiting that never left.
