College student Lin Xiaoman takes a summer part-time job to earn tuition, only to fall into a human trafficking trap by a telecom fraud gang. After hours of bumpy rides blindfolded, she rips off the cloth and finds herself in Taohua Village—her hometown! The traffickers see her as an “outsider,” but she knows every corner here: Aunt Wang’s pickle jar, Zhou Xiaoshan’s bike-chasing dog, even the glass marbles in the old locust tree hollow. While pretending to be scared, she uses village “secret signals” (like leaving three pebbles at Aunt Wang’s door) to ask for help. To her surprise, her childhood sweetheart Zhou Xiaoshan is interning at the village police station—they team up to set a trap within a trap. But when the truth comes out, the mastermind is her distant uncle? This “delivered-to-door” trafficking case turns into Xiaoman’s brilliant counterattack…
