Lin Xiao stumbles into Fushan Old Street while investigating her grandmother's disappearance, only to clash with Chen Mo, the street's guardian, over a misunderstanding—she's accused of ruining the century-old banyan tree festival. Forced to team up, they uncover the tree's secret: her grandmother's keepsake fits perfectly with Chen Mo's family heirloom. The old street's sugar paintings and tea house warmth gradually heal Lin Xiao's closed heart and Chen Mo's wariness of outsiders. When a banyan leaf lands on their identical hand birthmarks, they realize this "misunderstanding" is a 50-year-old fate—waiting for them to continue the unfinished "blessing" story of their grandparents' generation.
