Modern office worker Su Wan travels back to the Great Yan Dynasty and becomes its only female magistrate. On her first day, she uncovers an injustice: a widow is to be drowned for "killing her husband," but the real murderers are the husband's family who poisoned him to steal her dowry. Using modern criminal investigation skills, she reverses the case, shocking the county but offending local clans. Next, she opens a girls' school, allows widows to remarry freely, and issues business licenses to female peddlers—each step labels her a "witch" and even draws an impeachment from a censor. At a critical moment, the cold-faced Northern General Gu Jingshen arrives. He claims to supervise, but he’s actually the little beggar Su saved in modern times! Watch this transmigrated woman stir an "equality storm" in ancient times with modern ideas, and accidentally win the heart of the aloof general.
