For three years, Su Wan has run her late husband's family noodle shop alone, clinging to the memory of Gu Yanchen who died in a delivery accident. Just as she prepares a family dinner for his third death anniversary, Gu Yanchen himself shows up outside the shop with a strange girl speaking modern slang. He publicly denies their marriage, claims the "accident" was an elaborate scam, and tries to seize the shop she's fought so hard to keep. Shocked and furious, Su Wan soon discovers the girl is a time traveler, and vows to tear through her husband's disguise to uncover the truth and reclaim what's hers.
