Xu Xiaoman, an office worker, just moved into an old community and adopted "Xiao Mei Qiu," a stray dog with skin disease. Fearing complaints, she hid the dog and worked overtime until midnight, only to be confronted by her cold next-door neighbor Lu Zhao—who held a chewed suit and demanded, "Either send the dog away or fix this immediately."
