Retired war god Gu Tingshen lives as a delivery man to escape enemies, only to be blocked by 5-year-old Xiaotuanzi—who holds a DNA report and yells, “Daddy, you’ve hidden enough!” Behind the kid stands Shen Chu, his “ice-cold mommy” who split with him three years ago over a one-night misunderstanding. Gu Tingshen wants to stay low, but Xiaotuanzi’s coquettish “forcing”, Shen Chu’s cold contrast, and sudden enemy attacks force him to wield his sword again—while fumbling as a dad to coax the kid, he protects his wife and humiliates villains. Yet Xiaotuanzi smiles and hands over Shen Chu’s preference list: “Daddy, I already helped you win mommy over!”
