Ten years ago, Lin Zhixia and Gu Zhaochuan made a vow on a snowy night: "Meet here again this day next year." But a sudden mountain accident made Gu witness the "残影 (afterimage) of Zhixia falling off a cliff," so he left in despair. A decade later, Zhixia—who "came back from the dead"—returns as an amnesiac designer, only to reunite with Gu (now a industry tycoon) at a real estate bidding event. He has a fiancee beside him, while she hides the old scar on her wrist to get close. Yet a witness from the accident suddenly appears, claiming the "fall" was deliberate. When heavy snow covers the mountain again, can they dig through the snow and retrieve the vow buried by lies?
