Retired teacher Lin Zhengguo was tricked into a nursing home by his unfilial children. He thought he would end his days in loneliness, but unexpectedly awakened his ancestral cultivation legacy. Appalled by the neglect of the elderly in the home, he transformed it into a "Senior Cultivation University" to teach Qi refining and spirit nurturing. To his surprise, the first batch of students are all hidden masters—retired special forces soldiers, hermit Chinese medicine sages, and former business tycoons! These "elderly kids" not only make cultivation fun but also help Lin teach his unfilial children a lesson and uncover the profit-driven conspiracy behind the nursing home. When the "Cultivating Elderly Team" goes all out, a satisfying drama about family revenge, dignity defense, and self-awakening begins!
