Chen Shulan, the "Iron Lady" of the business district, treats the "rules" of the mall's fire exit as gospel—she even stopped an ambulance from using it once. One day, she spots a cute kid named Xiaoyu rushing to the exit with a first-aid kit, so she grabs him and scolds him for "breaking rules". But right after, she gets a call: her病危 mother was stuck outside the mall, and a kid rushed to guide the ambulance in to save her. Rushing to the hospital, she sees Xiaoyu calling her mother "great-grandma"—that's her grandson she hasn't seen in three years! Her son hid the child after divorce, and Xiaoyu sneaked to visit his great-grandma, only to be almost delayed by his own grandma's "principles". When "ironclad rules" clash with blood ties, she finally understands: the most important "rule" to keep is the warmth in one's heart.
