A coastal youth named A Zhu saves an injured Dragon Goddess when collecting seafood at the beach, gaining supernatural powers to breathe underwater and see through the ocean. That night, a mysterious black storm sweeps him to the 18th century. With his powers, he harvests high-quality seafood unseen by others and gets rich quickly, but draws the queen's attention. The queen orders him to salvage a sunken royal ship.
