Su Mei, once the feared 'Sister Mei' of Gangjiang's underworld, retired five years ago to raise her daughter Xiaotang, running a small noodle shop in the old town for a quiet life. But one day, picking up Xiaotang from school, she finds her daughter surrounded by arrogant rich kids—they pull her hair, throw her homework, and even push her into the mud. Passersby dare not interfere. Su Mei's eyes redden instantly. She takes out an old phone she's kept for five years and dials: 'Lao Zhou, gather the old crew. Anyone who touches my daughter... will learn Gangjiang's rules haven't changed.' As the roar of old motorcycles approaches, Su Mei rolls up her sleeves—her fierce gaze is exactly as it was back then. The woman who once terrorized the underworld is back.
