After a shipwreck, protagonist Lin Mo drifts in the endless sea, holding only a broken plank. On the verge of death, he activates a mysterious marine upgrade system. By upgrading supplies and equipment, he gradually turns the broken plank into an impregnable sea fortress. Along the way, he meets survivors like a rich young lady and an independent scholar—they either ask for help or travel together. Lin Mo has to cope with crises such as storms and pirates, and balance relationships with them, embarking on a thrilling yet slightly warm survival journey at sea.
